Delivery conditions

We send all packages with insured parcel service and you will receive a "Track & Trace" number when we send the order.

The delivery time in Denmark is typically: 1-7 working days.

The delivery time in Europe is typically 1-10 working days.

Note: Some brands can take up to 20 working days

There may be partial delivery. We do our best so that you can receive your goods as quickly as possible, therefore it may happen that your order is split into several shipments. In that case, you will receive a separate email with a link to a tracking number for each package.

14 DAY RETURN RIGHT

When you shop online at www.adoro.dk/ www.adoro-fashion.com/ www.adoro-com.com, you have a 14-day right of return. The right of return runs from the day the item is delivered to the parcel shop or to the address. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following Monday.

The item must of course not be used before returning, the item must only be tried on to see size, colors and fit

The item must be securely packed. You are responsible for the package until we receive it. Then save the postal receipt and tracking number. You must pay the cost of returning the goods.

We expect you to ship as soon as possible after giving notice of return and you must return within 14 days.
